How do I use my coupon or promo code?
If you have an online coupon code, you will have the opportunity to enter it during the checkout process. While most offline coupons are redeemable online, there are exceptions. Look for the phrase “online coupon code” and enter the corresponding combination of numbers and letters when prompted within the shopping cart. A coupon that does not provide an “online coupon code” is not valid online.
Only one coupon is allowed per order. Free or discounted shipping offers are considered coupons.
Why was the promo code I entered not applied to my order?
Each coupon has its own rules and requirements. Please read the coupon carefully for applicable restrictions. Some coupons can only be used in our stores. To be valid online, a coupon must have an “online coupon code”.
I am a senior citizen. Can I use my discount online?
Senior Citizen discounts are only available in stores. Use our Store Locator to contact a store near you for details.
Can I use an electronic gift card online?
Party EXPO gift cards may not be used online at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the total value of the merchandise in your order and the delivery method you choose.
Please consult this chart for shipping costs. Days shown are business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Total delivery time includes 1-3 days processing in our warehouse plus a range of time for transit for shipping from New York. Premium and Express orders are filled first.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the product with your receipt within 60 days for a full refund. For online purchases, the packing list serves as your receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received.
How do I return an item?

When you email us, our customer service representatives will assist you in doing the return.
Your return or exchange must be accompanied by your original receipt. For online purchases, the packing list that came in the package with your purchase serves as your receipt. The e-mail acknowledgement you received immediately after you placed your order does not serve as your receipt.
May I exchange an item?
We are not able to process exchanges online.
Who pays for return shipping?
After you initiate a return by phone, we will provide you with specific return instructions. If the product is being returned because it was received defective, the box arrived damaged or we sent you the incorrect merchandise, we will send you a return address label by e-mail that provides pre-paid shipping by United Parcel Service (UPS) or FEDEX. Otherwise, you will be instructed to return your package pre-paid via any carrier you choose. We recommend you insure your package and use a carrier that allows package tracking. Can I change or cancel my order
You have 24 hours to cancel or change your order. Changing your order will start the order proccess all over again. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, which requires that we push orders to the distribution center as soon as they are received.
How long will it take to receive my refund after I return a product?
When Party EXPO receives your return, we will review your request and apply your credit as soon as possible. We will send you an e-mail when your refund has been credited to your credit card account.
